  • Notes  Married:
    • St. Paul's Lutheran church, Littlestown, was the scene of a pretty wedding Saturday afternoon, February 5, at 3 o'clock when Miss Ena Mae Basehoar became the bride of Mr. Dennis Runkle, of Lancaster. The ceremony was performed by the bride's pastor, Rev. John Jay Hill.
The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Basehoar, of near Littlestown, and the groom a son of Mr. and Mrs. D. S. Runkle, of Hanover.
The bride was attired in a blue traveling suit with hat and gloves to match, and carried a bouquet of white and pink carnations with maiden hair fern.
Following the ceremony the young couple were driven to Hanover, where they left on a wedding trip to Lancaster and Philadelphia.
Mr. and Mrs. Runkle will reside in Lancaster where the groom holds a position with The Champion Forge company.
